"Move It Now is a rare find nowadays. In a world where mediocrity is the norm, it is wonderful to find a company with integrity that is dedicated to customer satisfaction. I own very large, heavy, and expensive furniture including a Steinway grand piano, as well as awkward, hard to move pieces like medieval suits of armor and an English pub bar. Adding to the move difficulty was the fact that I moved first thing in the morning after a major Richmond snow storm. In addition, my new residence is located on a steeply sloped lake-front lot with a number of steps to get to the lower level. Many of the more cumbersome pieces had to be hand-carried down these stairs. I was consistently amazed at the "can do" positive attitude by all throughout the two days full days I spent with Leila and Mel Bailey and their crew. My entire move was handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and care. I have never seen a more cohesive operation, a more dedicated crew, or a truer commitment to excellent service. I challenge anyone to find a better moving company anywhere. I could not be happier."
