Below is a list of services and a description to help you choose what is right for you.

Moving Services

Local Moving This is our most common service. Movers will load your goods onto their truck, transport and then unload your goods. Local is defined by each individual state and is usually less than 40 miles or not transported across a county line.

Intrastate Move Longer distance than a local move but the load and unload are within the same state.

Interstate Move A move where the load and unload are in different states.

Internal Move Movers are used to move large furniture or other items within a home.

Labor only loading a service where a homeowner utilizes a mover to load a rented or owned truck. This is usually performed for customers who are moving a long distance and wish to drive the goods themselves to reduce transportation costs involved in long distance moving. These services are utilized in a variety of other situations including loading from self storage units and local moves.

Labor only unloading a service where a homeowner utilizes a mover to unload a rented or owned vehicle.

Other Services

Full Pack A service performed by a crew sent to your home to professionally wrap and pack small household items in appropriate containers (boxes, crates, wraps, etc) for moving. The containers are then labeled for proper placement at destination.

Partial Pack A packing service for only some of the small household items to be moved.

Unpack A service performed after the goods have been moved to remove all of the small household items from moving containers, put the items on a flat surface and remove the packing debris.

Storage The short term or long term storage of part or all of your household goods during your relocation process. This service is utilized when a homeowner is in temporary housing or when the homeowner is down sizing to a smaller residence or when some goods are removed from the home prior to the sale for home staging purposes.

Home Staging Assistance A service provided usually in conjunction with a certified, accredited Home Stager, many times the Home Stager will be your Realtor, which removes household goods from the residence to storage for esthetic purposes in efforts to sell the home quicker.
